What is the goal?
Mr. Bob just came into your office and told you that he wants your detailed itinerary on his desk before he orders the plane tickets! He also wants you and your coworker to produce a mini presentation after you get back from your trip that you will present in front of the entire office. You should cover the following items:
- Basic information on your region : flag, language/dialect (if more than just French), holidays/traditions, and food.
- Your budget for the trip : how did you make it work? where did you cut corners/splurge?
- The sites you visited : how did you get there? where did you stay? (Note! Mr. Bob wants lots of pictures here, since he’s never been to your region before and would like to know if it’s a place he’d like to visit or not)
- Your resources : what sites did you use to determine when you wanted to go? which ones did you use to “buy” a train/bus/metro ticket? how did you find your hotel(s)? This should be in MLA format.
